Well I'm back and WOAH wot a week! Ireland was GREAT. I stayed in my mates tiny two bed place that overlooked the mountains of mourne (fantastic pics soon) and on really clear days we could see the sea! I have to say I'm relived to b back in some ways... I've been sleepin on an air bed in their front room that kept deflating so looking forward to my big ol mattress 2nite. They have four adorable dogs that love cuddles so even clean stuff had to b washed again due to lots of doggy hairs-though I wanted to bring em all back wiv me LOL!
Ireland itself was cool... no quite literally... SO COLD! I didn't take nearly enuff jumpers so I bought a couple more whilst out there. The town I stayed in was actually what I call a village... it was just ONE street made up of a couple of newsagents, general stores and the rest was pubs! Walked round Castlewellan forest park - only half mind... thats all we could cover in two hours! Walked up Slieve Slat, which is basically a small mountain but a mountain noetheless. Went to Newcastle beach and town and visited Belfast and the oldest pub in Northern Ireland; the Crown which was amazing and partook of lots of Guiness and JD drinking. Need two weeks out there really, there is so much more I wanted to see and do...
